11 Best Foods With No Carbs and No Sugar Diet List video.

11 Best Foods With No Carbs and No Sugar Diet List Natural Health Remedies
Eating fewer carbs and sugar can have impressive health benefits. It has been shown to significantly reduce hunger levels, which tends to lead to automatic weight loss, without the need for calorie counting. Research has found that low-carb and low sugar diets can cause up to 2–3 times more weight loss than low-fat diets. Lets take a look at the Top 11 Foods with little carbs and sugar 1 Carb-Free Meat and Poultry You won't get any carbs or sugar from beef, pork, lamb, turkey and chicken -- as long as you stick with natural meat. They gain carbs when they're breaded, marinated or injected with solutions designed to tenderize and add flavor. Most cured and processed products, such as bacon and bologna, contain a small amount of carbs. While low-carb diets often don't restrict fat, you'll get less saturated fat and fewer calories from lean meat. Flank steak, sirloin tip, top round, tenderloin, top loin, rump roast and extra lean ground beef are all lean cuts of beef. For pork, choose center loin, tenderloin and Canadian bacon, which comes from the loin. The leanest poultry is white meat without the skin. 2 Vegetables Most vegetables are low in carbs and sugar. Leafy greens and cruciferous vegetables have particularly low levels, and the majority of their carbs consist of fiber. On the other hand, starchy root vegetables like potatoes and sweet potatoes are high in carbs and sweet. Broccoli, tomatoes, onion and brussel sprouts are a good choice. 3 Fruits Though fruits are generally perceived as being healthy, they’re highly controversial among people following a low-carb diet + sugar diet. That's because most fruits tend to be high in carbs, compared to vegetables. Depending on how many carbs you are aiming for, you may want to restrict your fruit intake to 1–2 pieces per day. However, this does not apply to fatty fruits like avocados or olives. Low-sugar berries, such as strawberries, are another excellent choice. 4 Avocado The avocado deserves a special mention as its a unique type of fruit. Instead of being high in carbs, it’s loaded with healthy fats. Avocados are also extremely high in fiber and potassium and contain decent amounts of other nutrients. Avocados are also practically sugar-free. Unlike most varieties of fruit, healthy avocados do not contain sugar, making them a great way to help meet your daily recommended intake of fruits and vegetables. 5 Nuts and Seeds Nuts and seeds are very popular on low-carb and sugar diets. They tend to be low in carbs, but high in fat, fiber, protein and various micronutrients. Nuts are often eaten as snacks, while seeds are rather used for adding crunch to salads or recipes. In addition, nut and seed flours, such as almond flour, coconut flour and flaxseed meal, are often used to make low-carb breads and other baked goods. 6 Fish In addition to being naturally free of carbs and sugar, fish has a nutritional benefit you won't get from other proteins: it's one of the best sources of omega-3 fatty acids. These fats help prevent heart problems and lower blood levels of triglycerides. For this reason, the American Heart Association recommends eating two servings weekly, especially fatty fish like salmon, trout and tuna. The good news is that most types of fish have absolutely zero carbs, including cod, flounder, sole, tuna, trout, salmon, bass and halibut. Shellfish are sugar free. Of course, you'll have to avoid breaded fish and crab cakes so you don't get carbs and added sweeteners from breading. 7 Dairy If you tolerate dairy, then full-fat dairy products are excellent low-carb foods. Nonetheless, be sure to read the label and avoid anything with added sugar. 8 Fats and Oils Many healthy fats and oils are acceptable on a low-carb, real-food-based diet. However, avoid refined vegetable oils like soybean or corn oil, as these are very unhealthy when consumed in excess. 9 Beverages Most sugar-free beverages are perfectly acceptable on a low-carb diet. Water is a great example. Keep in mind that fruit juices and sodas are very high in sugar and carbs and should be avoided. 10 Herbs, Spices and Condiments There is an endless variety of delicious herbs, spices and condiments. Most of them are very low in carbs but pack a powerful nutritional punch and help add flavor to your meals. Some notable examples include salt, pepper, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, mustard and oregano. 11 Dark Chocolate This may surprise some people, but quality dark chocolate is a perfect low-carb treat. Choose real dark chocolate with at least 70–85% cocoa content. This ensures that it doesn’t contain much sugar. Dark chocolate has numerous benefits, such as improved brain function and blood pressure Studies also show that people who eat dark chocolate have a much lower risk of heart disease I hope you have enjoyed this video on the best foods for a low carb and sugar diet If you have please subscribe to this YouTube channel, and don’t forget to give this video the

This Is The Best Exercise for Weight Loss, Study Finds Natural Cures
Did you know that genetics is the most influential factor in being overweight and obesity? According to Nature magazine, more than diet and exercise, genetics is the one to really affect your weight. However, many health professionals still prefer to change the habits and diet to actually see the results on the scale. According to the University of Taiwan, there are some exercises that are more efficient to avoid being overweight. The experts say that these sports help reduce the body mass index (BMI) in people who are genetically inclined to be overweight. But, for this to happen, it is important to exercise regularly, at least 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes. According to the World Health Organization, being overweight and obesity cause around 2,8 million deaths per year around the world. And remember: it won't matter anything if you spend the whole week working out, but spend the weekend eating cake and fast-food. To really shed the extra pounds for good, it's crucial to fix your eating habits. Your diet will be your energy source and, if made right, will give you great benefits. How To Naturally Stop Spiders From Entering Your Home / Room video.

How To Naturally Stop Spiders From Entering Your Home / Room Natural Health Remedies
While you may not like them, spiders have a natural place in the world, and they kill other pests like mosquitoes and flies. However, this doesn’t mean you want to share your home with them. Here are some effective home remedies for spiders to keep them out of your house without using harsh chemicals. 1. Peppermint Essential Oil All pests (including spiders) can’t stand the strong smell of peppermint essential oil. Place a few drops of the oil on cotton balls, then scatter them under furniture and other places spiders like to hide. Just be sure your pets or children can’t access them, as peppermint oil can be harmful if ingested. 2. Cinnamon Bugs also hate cinnamon. Sprinkle some around the exterior of your home, paying close attention to doorways and windows. This will deter spiders from entering your home in the first place. 3. Distilled Vinegar Make a solution of equal parts distilled vinegar and water, then spray the solution on and around any cracks in your home. Spiders can’t stand the smell and will be sure to stay away. 4. Cedar Hangers To prevent spiders from making your closets their home, swap out your hangers for the cedar variety. Spiders don’t like the smell of cedar, and so they won’t be tempted to string up webs in your closets. If you don’t want to spend the money on cedar hangers, you can also use cedar essential oil mixed with water and spray the exterior of your home regularly. 5. Citrus Rinds Another thing spiders and pests hate? Citrus smells. Take orange or lemon rinds and place them around your home. You can also lightly rub them on surfaces to make the scent more noticeable to them. 6. Lemon Furniture Polish On the topic of citrus and spiders, using lemon polish on your wood furniture is another great way of deterring spiders from hanging around your home. 7. Chestnuts This might sound odd, but chestnuts contain a substance that is very unappealing to spiders. Consider placing chestnuts under furniture, in closets, and in your basement to keep spiders from lingering there. 8. Coconut Oil It might surprise you to learn that spiders also hate the smell and feel of coconut oil. Make a solution of coconut oil and water, then spray the solution around any cracks and crevices within your home 9. Get cleaning Spiders like to have places to hide and one of the best ways to prevent this is by keeping your house neat and tidy through regular tidying, cleansing and de-cluttering. Opt for plastic storage containers rather than cardboard boxes as these are harder for spiders to crawl into. Also dust and vacuum regularly to rid your house of unwanted webs 10. Protect the exterior of your house Make sure spiders don't get into your house in the first place by moving anything that they would be likely to hide in away from any exterior walls. This could include leaves, grass clippings, vegetation, compost or woodpiles. Check door openings and window sills for any cracks that spiders could crawl through and seal these with caulk. Also fix torn window screens and cover vents and chimneys with fine mesh. 11. Plant a eucalyptus tree in the garden As well as being low maintenance and smelling wonderful, the strong medicinal scent will repel spiders. If you don't have room for a eucalyptus tree, plant mint or lavender underneath or near windows, as again the strong smell will drive spiders away. 12. Turn off your lights While light itself doesn't attract spiders, it does attract the insects that spiders feast on so turn off the outside lights to prevent spiders coming near the house. Stop indoor lights from shining through outdoors by using opaque blinds and shades. If you do need to keep the lights on, use yellow sodium vapour lights as these are less likely to attract insects. 13. Garlic Known for its vampire-repelling properties, turns out spiders don't like the smell of this pungent bulb either. Depending on how strong a scent you yourself can cope with, either put whole cloves or crushed cloves into a spray bottle filled with water and use to scent the corners, floors and skirting boards of any room prone to receiving unwanted guests. 14. Get a Pet Many pets, especially cats, will chase anything that moves, and this includes spiders. Cats and other pets will chase anything that moves, making them natural spider repellents. While they may not be able to eliminate all of them, if there is one running across the floor, they may be able to catch it for you. Just use caution if you have poisonous spiders in your home because these can harm animals too. 15. Tobacco Spiders are not big fans of tobacco, and you can find loose leaf tobacco at smoke shops and even some grocery stores. Simply spread the tobacco leaves where spiders tend to occur or mix them with water and spray the mixture around the house. You can also make tobacco balls by mixing the leaves with

Tell Us About The Meta Analysis Of Studies That Showed A 31% Increase In Mortality For People Who The Real Truth About Health
Tell Us About The Meta Analysis Of Studies That Showed A 31% Increase In Mortality For People Who Ate A Ketogenic Diet? Lifestyle and Medicine for Blood Pressure: What Everyone Needs to Know About the New Guidelines The convergence of evidence suggests that an affordable plant-based diet can help prevent and even reverse some of the top killer diseases in the Western world, and can be even more effective than medication and surgery. This could save Medicare billions of dollars, but medical training continues to underemphasize nutrition education , in part, perhaps, because lifestyle interventions go against the prevailing conventional wisdom. The USDA, in formulating its dietary guidelines, has been accused of both acting with bias and ignoring relevant research. However, the most recent guidelines take a step in the right direction by recommending a shift to a plant-based diet, which Kaiser Permanente, the largest U.S. managed care organization, has moved in the direction of supporting. Lifestyle medicine attempts to find, prevent, and treat the causes of disease. Patients should receive fully informed consent for treatment, meaning they should be informed about all of their options including dietary changes. Doctors report they don’t practice preventative cardiology because they fear their patients won’t change their diet. Kim Allan Williams, MD, MACC, FAHA, MASNC, FESC was born in Chicago, and attended the College of The University of Chicago (1971 to 1975), followed by the University of Chicago’s Pritzker School of Medicine (1975 to 1979), internal medicine residency at Emory University (1979 to 1982), and overlapping fellowships in Cardiology at the University of Chicago (1982 to 1985), Clinical Pharmacology (1984 to 1985), and Nuclear Medicine (1984 to 1986). How To Make Lemon Tea For Weight Loss Video.

How To Make Lemon Tea For Weight Loss Natural Cures
We have seen in the channel that lemon juice is great to help you lose weight. Lemon has properties that detoxify the body, reduce swelling, and increase the feeling of satiety. But, have you ever heard of lemon tea? Lemon tea cleanses the palate, eliminating the craving for sweets, and also offers all the same benefits of lemon water. To enjoy these benefits, you just need to do one of these two options: Lemon tea Add 2 cups of water in a pan and bring it to a boil. Once it boils, add a lemon cut into slices. Let it boil for more three minutes and turn off the heat. Strain and drink it hot. Do you want to "up" your organism? Try adding ginger to this recipe! Learn how to make lemon and ginger tea Heat 2 cups of water in a pan. Before it boils, add 1 teaspoon of chopped ginger. Turn off the heat and add lemon juice and half a teaspoon of honey (if desired). Mix well and drink it warm. If you prefer a tea without the strong taste of ginger, what about trying lemon and honey tea? Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Once it boils, add fresh lemon juice and one teaspoon of honey. Mix well and drink it hot. Remember: don't add sugar, sweetener or milk in the recipes. Sugar and milk are rich in calories, and sweeteners will not add anything to your tea, except for the remarkable taste, depending on which sweetener you choose. To get all the benefits of lemon tea, drink it cold or hot, up to 2 times a day. And, of course: don't forget to include a physical activity you like in your routine. It can be a walk, a jog, weightlifting or anything else, as long as it is something easy for you to keep up. Keeping an active body and a balanced diet is very important to healthy weight loss. ---------------------------------------- For more information and references, check the article on our blog: https://ift.tt/2Xb2ty7 Disclaimer: The materials and the information contained on Natural Cures channel are provided for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter. If You’re Seeing Eye Floaters, Here’s What to Do About Them Natural Cures
You are outside, having a good, sunny day and, when you go back inside your dark house, you start seeing black spots and your vision gets blurry. Has this ever happened to you? These spots are called eye floaters. Do you know what they are? Eye floaters are those small dots or spots that drift aimless in your field of vision. Even though they are annoying, most of the time they are not something to worry about. But what causes eye floaters? This is a common and frequent problem in our society because of many eye problems, caused by the use of smartphones, computers, and tablets, for example. In most of cases, a treatment is not necessary. However, if they persist and become too much of a hassle, it's better to look of an ophthalmologist. 21 Ways to Kill Weeds Naturally and Fast on Grass, Paving & Driveways video.

21 Ways to Kill Weeds Naturally and Fast on Grass, Paving & Driveways Natural Health Remedies
You don’t have to resort to chemical herbicides in order to get rid of invasive weeds. Safer options exist that will work just as effectively. They may take a bit more persistence, but the benefits of organic control methods far outweigh the negative health effects of chemical pesticides. Here are 21 ways to kill weeds naturally and fast. No 1 SALT Stock up on discounted rock salt at the end of winter and sprinkle it on garden paths to fight weeds in the spring - table salt works too. Salt also makes a good weed barrier along lawn edgings and other places a lawn mower can't reach, but apply it carefully. It can erode concrete surfaces and can leave the ground barren for a long period of time. No2 Newspaper Cover low-growing weeds like clover and crabgrass with newspaper and eventually the lack of sunlight will exterminate them. Putting down sections and covering them with mulch can also prevent new ones in the first place. As the paper decomposes, it also feeds the soil, making this a tip no gardener should be without, No3 Other Plants In the garden, there is a competition for resources among your plants, where only the strongest survive and thrive. Plant ground covers, flowers, and garden crops that will naturally beat out weeds for sunlight, water, and nutrients. No4 Boiling Water Plain, old tap water can do the trick too. This works really well on young weeds, and results are immediate. If you add a tablespoon of salt to the boiling water, it's even more effective. No 5 Edging Physical barriers, like lawn edgings and retaining walls are a long-lasting solution for keeping weeds at bay. They can be made out of simple and cheap materials such as scraps of pressure-treated decking boards. Cut them into eight-inch "pikes" and hammer the pieces into the ground next to each other to form a continuous edge. No6 Landscape fabric Weed control starts way before you spy intruders. Consider laying down landscape fabric topped with a layer of mulch or straw. The physical barrier stops unwanted plants from sprouting up in the first place. No 7 Vinegar Douse weeds with vinegar and they'll be dead in no time. Just take care to wear protective clothing and eye protection. The horticultural kind is best because it has a whopping 20% acetic acid. It's non-selective, meaning it'll kill anything green, but it's not all that effective on grassy weeds. Also, realize that vinegar is acidic, which means you run the risk of lowering the pH of the soil. No8 A Trowel Don't discount rolling up your sleeves. The best way will always be good old-fashioned elbow grease. Try to to pull from beneath the soil, and if you can wait until after a rainstorm when the ground is softer it will be easier. Insert a narrow trowel or screwdriver in the soil to loosen any stubborn taproots. No 9Mulch With or without fabric, experts agree mulch is a must. Mulch is such an easy fix and helps keep your soil cool, wet, and eliminates light that weeds need to grow. Keep it around two inches deep and off your lawn, since it will also kill your grass. No 10 Borax Not only can you clean your clothes with borax, but you can use the natural powder to get rid of unwelcome plants. However its best not to use this treatment near flowers or vegetables, as it could damage or destroy the growth. No 11 Your Lawn Mower The key to making sure your weeds don't go to seed and spreading is pulling off their heads. Even though you can do this by hand, you can also mow them down. But consider yourself warned: One mowing won't kill weeds with perennial roots, and even some of the annuals will regrow and try to flower again, so it's not a permanent solution. No12 Goats For a big swathe of unwanted vegetation, enlist the cutest herd of landscapers around. Goats can reach areas that machinery and people simply cannot, and their hooves actually break up the soil as they graze, No13 Existing Ground Cover Dig only where you need to because removing grass creates a new place for pesky plants to thrive, even if you don't see any around. Most lawns have hidden weed seeds. When you're digging the ground to plant, open only a patch that you need. No14 Your Appetite It's time we saw the salad bar in our weeds. Many are edible, like the young greens of dandelions, dock, and chicory. There are plenty of websites and books that can educate you on what weeds you can eat. But when in doubt, don't eat it. Many plants are poisonous when ingested. No 15 Baking Soda Baking soda is another pantry item that's handy for weed control. Use it on pesky plants growing in cracks to avoid killing healthy grass and other vegetation. No 16 Taller Grass Yes, the height of your mower really does matter. The length of your grass can impact its health and make it more or less susceptible to weeds. Err on the longer side, about two to three inches.

How To Stop Nail Biting And Picking, Once And For All Video.

How To Stop Nail Biting And Picking, Once And For All Natural Cures
What do you do when you are nervous, pensive or anxious? Do you bite your nails? This is a habit that many people have ever since their childhood, and that can carry on until their adult lives. Did you know that 30% of people also bite their nails? If that's your case, keep watching. In today's video, we will talk about an unexpected, but efficient, technique that can help you stop this habit! As the years go by, your bitten nails can become frail and start to peel off. Did you know that some studies point out that biting your nails could also be related to perfectionism? According to these studies, this habit can help perfectionists reduce their irritation, boredom, and dissatisfaction. Today, besides that nail polish with an awful taste, there is also hypnotherapy to help you. Have you ever heard about it? Hypnotherapy (or clinical hypnosis) is the application of hypnotic techniques as a therapeutic tool. Therapy is used as an aid to treat emotional, physical, and psychological disturbs, and also undesirable habits and feelings. Studies suggest that hypnotherapy could also help treat insomnia, chronic pain, and digestive problems. According to research published in The Lancet Gastroenterology & Hepatology, only three months of hypnotherapy are enough to calm down the symptoms of patients who suffer from irritable bowel syndrome for up to nine months after the treatment. Did you know that? To do it, it's necessary to look for a therapist who is able to do hypnosis in a simple way, so that the patient can understand their triggers. According to this theory, besides hypnosis sessions, it is also necessary to meditate daily, visualize, and do breathing exercises to improve focus. Doing so will result in a reduction of anxiety symptoms. According to the experts who studied this technique, only 3 weeks were enough to see the nails growing back strong, without any signs of flaking. Besides hypnosis, you can also use other very simple strategies to stop biting your nails, like: Keep your nails trimmed and filled, as it will stop the stimulus of biting them. Keep close to you an anti-stress ball, elastic band, or even a coin. These objects can help you change your habit of biting your nails by keeping your hands busy. Do you know from where you will start? What Have Scientific Studies On The Health Impacts Of GMOs Shown? The Real Truth About Health
What Have Scientific Studies On The Health Impacts Of GMOs Shown? Studies show how a NON-GMO Organic Diet helped 3250 people recover from 28 disorders. The biotech industry's claim that genetically modified (GM) foods are safe is shattered in this groundbreaking lecture. Safety assessments on GM crops are not competent to identify the health problems, and industry research is rigged to avoid finding problems. This lecture is for anyone wanting to understand GM technology, to learn how to protect themselves, or to share their concerns with others. It is presented in the clear, accessible style that made Jeffrey Smith's Seeds of Deception the world's best-selling book on genetically engineered foods. The leading consumer advocate promoting healthier non-GMO choices, Jeffrey Smith’s meticulous research documents how biotech companies continue to mislead legislators and safety officials to put the health of society at risk and the environment in peril. His work expertly summarizes why the safety assessments conducted by the FDA and regulators worldwide teeter on a foundation of outdated science and false assumptions, and why genetically engineered foods must urgently become our nation’s top food safety priority. Mr. Smith’s feature-length documentary Genetic Roulette-The Gamble of Our Lives was awarded the 2012 Movie of the Year (Solari Report) and the Transformational Film of the Year (AwareGuide). Described as a “life-changer” and seen by millions worldwide, the film links genetically engineered food to toxic and allergic reactions, infertility, digestive disorders, and numerous problems that have been on the rise in the US population since genetically modified organisms (GMOs) were introduced. 13 Ways to Naturally Lower Triglycerides in your Body video.

13 Ways to Naturally Lower Triglycerides in your Body Natural Health Remedies
Triglycerides are a type of fat found in your blood. After you eat, your body converts the calories that you don't need into triglycerides and stores them in your fat cells to be used for energy later. While you do need triglycerides to supply your body with energy, having too many triglycerides in your blood can increase your risk of heart disease Here are 13 ways to naturally lower triglycerides in your body NO1 Look at How You Eat That creamy latte, grilled cheese sandwich, or scoop of ice cream before bed can all lead to high triglycerides. If you often eat more calories than you burn - like many of us do - your triglycerides may start to inch up. The worst offenders are sugary foods and foods high in saturated fat, like cheese, whole milk, and red meat. NO2 Lose Weight Extra weight, particularly around your waist, raises triglycerides. One of the biggest things you can do to bring your levels down is to take it off. It doesn't have to be dramatic, either. NO3 Focus on Fiber Swap out foods made with refined white flour, and bring on the whole grains. You'll eat more fiber, which helps lower your triglycerides. For breakfast, have a bowl of steel-cut oats with berries instead of a bagel or sweet cereal. At lunchtime, try a salad loaded with veggies and beans. Choose brown rice at dinner instead of potatoes or pasta. No4 Eat More Tree Nuts Tree nuts provide a concentrated dose of fiber, omega-3 fatty acids and unsaturated fats, all of which work together to lower blood triglycerides. Tree nuts include: Almonds Pecans Walnuts Cashews Pistachios Brazil nuts NO5 Choose Fish Instead of Red Meat The same omega-3 fats that are good for your heart can help lower your triglycerides, too. Next time you eat out, get the fish instead of a burger or steak. Eat fish at least twice a week. Salmon, mackerel, herring, lake trout, tuna, and sardines are all high in omega-3s. NO6 Get a Checkup A simple blood test can spot high triglycerides. Your doctor may also look for related health problems. These include kidney disease, a slow thyroid gland, diabetes, and obesity. NO7 Skip the Sweet Drinks One of the easiest things you can do to lower your triglycerides is to cut out sweetened drinks. Sodas and other sugary drinks are packed with fructose, a known offender when it comes to boosting triglycerides. Drink no more than 36 ounces of sweet sippers per week -- that means three 12-ounce cans of soda. NO8 When Habits Need a Helping Hand If lifestyle changes haven't helped enough, your doctor may suggest adding a supplement. High-dose fish oil are one of a few of the options. Your doctor will look at all your blood fats -- triglycerides and all types of cholesterol -- to decide the best way to protect your heart. NO9 Get Moving If you're carrying around a few extra pounds, starting regular workouts can get you in shape and lower your triglycerides at the same time. Aim for 30 minutes of exercise five days a week, and be sure to break a sweat and get your heart pumping. You can cut your triglycerides by 20% to 30%. If you're new to exercise, try a dance class, go for a swim, or take a brisk walk each day. NO10 Cut Back on Alcohol Do you unwind with wine, beer, or a cocktail? Switch to sparkling water with a squeeze of lime juice. Or try a tangy herbal iced-tea blend that tastes great without added sugar. Excess drinking is one cause of high triglycerides. That means more than one drink a day for women and two drinks a day for men. For some people, even small amounts of alcohol can raise triglycerides NO11 Uncover Hidden Sugar Learn to spot added sugars on food labels. Words to look for include brown sugar, corn syrup and words ending in "ose" such as dextrose, fructose, glucose, lactose, maltose, sucrose. Also be careful with fruit juice concentrates, cane syrup, cane sugar, honey, malt sugar, molasses, and raw sugar. NO12 Eat the Right Fat A little fat is good for you, when it's the healthy kind. Choose foods that naturally contain mono- and polyunsaturated fats like avocados, walnuts, chicken without the skin, canola oil, and olive oil. Avoid trans fats, which are found in many processed foods like French fries, crackers, cakes, chips, and stick margarine. Don't eat much saturated fat, found in red meat, ice cream, cheese, and buttery baked goods. NO13. Establish a Regular Meal Pattern Insulin resistance is another factor that can cause high blood triglycerides.
