4. มีการทำงานร่วมกันเพิ่มขึ้น
ในปี 2559 เราจะได้เห็นการทำงานร่วมกันข้ามหน่วยงานที่แตกต่างกันเพิ่มมากขึ้นเพื่อร่วมกันเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดีในการดูแลสุขภาพแก่ผู้ป่วย ยกตัวอย่างเช่นผู้ให้บริการด้านการดูแลสุขภาพ และบริษัทที่ให้บริการรถรับส่งผู้ป่วยทำงานร่วมกันเพื่อทำให้การมาพบแพทย์มีความสะดวกมากขึ้น หรือการเป็นพันธมิตรระหว่างบริษัทเทคโนโลยีกับผู้ให้บริการด้านการดูแลสุขภาพเพื่อเปิดบริการอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Services) รวมถึงการเก็บรวบรวม และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เป็นต้น
